Service availability may vary by location, project type, schedule, site conditions and other factors. We currently serve customers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire within our operating area, but website access from a location does not mean services are available there.
Photographs, project examples, descriptions and testimonials are provided for general illustration. Every property and project is different, so they do not promise an identical result, price, material appearance, completion time or outcome.
References on this website to a five-year warranty are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, maintenance obligations, scope and other conditions stated in the applicable written warranty or project contract. Website content does not expand or replace those written terms.
Manufacturer warranties for products or materials, when available, are provided by the manufacturer and may be subject to separate registration, care, remedy and claim requirements.

SMS Terms of Service
Temponi Tile and Cleaning Services Corp
Temponi Tile and Cleaning Services Corp is a residential contractor based in Malden, Massachusetts, providing tile installation, flooring, finish carpentry, deck building, demolition and post-construction cleaning services throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. When you opt in to our SMS program, you may receive text messages regarding your estimate request, appointment confirmations and reminders, project scheduling updates, follow-up on submitted estimates, and occasional promotional offers for seasonal services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (781) 679-5341. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
